More than a century ago, Father Francisco Romero discovered the ideal coffee growing region in Colombia’s Bucaramanga region. Making full use of his discovery, he put men and women to work planting coffee in an effort to pay for their sins, and quickly produced a coffee so alarmingly appetizing, it alone was worthy of being served at the Mesa de los Santos (Table of the Saints). Medium bodied with soft acidity, this coffee represents everything excellent Colombian coffee stands for.
