Rooibos or “Red Bush” because is not from the tea family. This bush is native to the Cedarburg region of South Africa and is exclusively cultivated in a 100km area. Rooibos is natural caffeine free, rich in antioxidants and low in tannins. This Roobios Vanilla has bits of vanilla beans added for a smooth mellow flavor. Great with a biscotti while relaxing and reading a good book. Milk may be added. Steeping-1 tsp for 6 oz water, infuse for 3-4 minutes.
