Flat Rate Shipping

Flat Shipping rates within the U.S. and APO/FPO addresses are $3.95, regardless of your order size you pay the one low flat rate for the introductory period starting 6/15/09 and ending 12/31/09.

Shipping Policy

Crescent Moon Coffee & Tea is committed to freshness; we roast the coffee when your order is placed within 24-48 hours and then ship the coffee, tea and other items the next business day. If you order an item that is not in stock, we will notify you of the delay as soon as we receive your order. Your credit card will not be charged until your item(s) ships. If you choose the coffee excursions, you will be charged only $3.95 with each shipment through the end of your excursion.

Standard Ground Shipping

Standard ground shipping is available only within the continental US and APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed with standard ground shipping usually arrives in two (2) to three (3) days, excluding Sunday’s. Shipments to the Continental US are sent via USPS Priority mail.

USPS Next Day Express Mail

USPS Next Day Express Mail shipping is available within the continental US. Separate rates apply for USPS Next Day Express Mail and arrive in one (1) to two (2) business days.

Return Policy

If any one of our products fails to meet your expectations, we will replace it or refund the full cost of the product.* We strive to provide excellent customer service and will do whatever we can to ensure that you're satisfied. * Note: Although we accurately grind espresso and Turkish coffee, the dynamic nature of these preparation methods do not enable us to create exact grind profiles. Therefore we cannot accept returns on either espresso-ground or Turkish-ground coffee.
