Pai-Mu-Tan [White Peony] or Bai-Mudan, large leaf style from China. A white tea with good character and slightly woodsy taste. An amber infusion, high in antioxidants. Partners well with food. Milk is not recommended. 2-3 tsps of tea, to 6 oz of water(158° - 185° F), steep for 3 minutes
